- Is Valetly car wash software free?
- Yes. Free Core costs £0 per month for one active car wash location. It includes the planner, bookings, walk-ins, customers, services, staff access and Basic Finance. It is a free plan, rather than a time-limited trial. You do not need a payment card to create an account.
- What costs extra?
- Valetly Pro costs £10 per unit per month for Advanced Finance, accountant exports, expense tracking and multi-site control. Each Pro unit supports five total active locations. Marketplace booking fees, Valetly platform payment fees and Stripe payment-processing fees are separate where those services are used.
- Can my team use the free plan for walk-ins and bookings?
- Yes. Free Core includes staff access, services and the planner for one active location. Use Valetly Control in a browser to manage the site and Valetly Work on an Android tablet to record the team's day-to-day wash activity.
- Is Valetly suitable for a valeting centre?
- Valetly is built for independent fixed-location UK car washes and valeting centres. Set up your opening hours, bays, services and extras, then keep appointments, queue bookings and walk-ins together. Mobile washes with a different service address per booking are not currently supported.
- Does Valetly handle Making Tax Digital submissions?
- Valetly Pro Advanced Finance helps organise the records entered through the product and export them for your accountant. Valetly does not file tax returns, submit data to HMRC or replace MTD-compatible submission software. Free Core includes Basic Finance; accountant exports and expense tracking require Pro.
